Ceremonial Breathwork
May this breath move through us as prayer,
dissolving all that is false,
awakening all that is true.
Inspired by the lineage of Heart of Breath
Come as you are.
Come with your presence.
Come with your emotions.
Come with your curiosity.
Come with your anxious not-knowing.
Come with what is.
All are welcome.
“The OUR has come.”

What to Expect
Each session begins in community—grounding into presence, sharing intention, and opening sacred space. Juliette will guide you through the Heart of Breath technique, a gentle, connected, circular breath supported by music and sound.
As the breath deepens, the thinking mind dissolves, and the intelligence of the body begins to move what is ready to release. Some experience waves of emotion or energy, others deep peace and clarity. Every journey is its own medicine.
After the breathing journey, there is space to integrate—through stillness, gentle movement, reflection, and sharing. Integration is a necessary component to root the experience into daily life.
We come together to remember that there is no separation- only the One Breath breathing us all.
“We are ONE living as many” Kim Kindersely
In this space, we return to the simplicity of breath—the pulse that unites us with all of life. Together, we breathe as one body, one ocean of being. We breathe for our ancestors and for our descendants, for the trees and the rivers, for our oceans and the heart of the whales. We breathe the Earth and the stars back into remembrance within us.
This is not a breath to control, to push, or to force.
It is an invitation to be breathed—to surrender into the vast intelligence that already knows how to bring us home.
The frame will be gently set. The technique shown. The music will carry you.
Sound and voice weave through, holding you in the rhythm of oceanic breath.
No experience is necessary. Only willingness. Only presence.
Each ceremony unfolds uniquely—shaped by the collective field we create together.
We gather in circle.
We set intention.
We breathe.
We release.
We remember.
Through the breath, stories unravel. The mind softens.
The body becomes the bridge between Heaven and Earth.
Sometimes tears come, or laughter, or silence. Sometimes visions or stillness.
All of it is welcome.
